We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. How long will shipping take?

  • US & UK: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

6. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at info@brewedmachines.com if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the item is in its original condition before sending it back.
