Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Due to the size and value of commercial coffee machines, all orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with premium carriers.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship across the United Kingdom and the United States.
  • Standard delivery times range from 5–12 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For select high-value machines, free shipping promotions may apply (if mentioned on the product page).

Delivery & Inspection

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it with the delivery carrier and contact us within 48 hours at [your support email].

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the UK and the USA. For international requests, please contact our support team to discuss possible arrangements.

Delays & Liability

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or supply chain issues) may extend delivery times.
  • Brewed Machines is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
